Summer is creeping up quickly, y'all!
I could not be more excited!
It's one of my favorite times of the year...Bring on the pool & beach time!!
That being said, this is the time of year that I STRUGGLE!
We get super busy with trips, events and holidays, and I catch myself falling into the comfort food trap with all of the cookouts and homemade ice cream around. Then, before I know it, I start skipping workouts and I'm feeling gross and uncomfortable because of all of the indulging over the 3 month span!!
I know I'm not alone.
WHY do we do this to ourselves!?
Let's put a stop to it.
Let's eat clean (I'll share some of my favorite, family-friendly summer recipes and my meal plans with you).
Let's set goals and CRUSH them.
Let's hold each other accountable.
Let's feel GOOD in our tank tops, swimsuits, and short shorts...not like a busted can of biscuits!
It's all about balance, not deprivation.
We will still have our goodies, in moderation.
We will make fitness fun for YOU--whether you like dancing or kickboxing, boot camp or yoga, cardio or weights.
We will do it TOGETHER.
